Tata Steel shall in no way be held liable for the same.

  • Offer is valid only in India. This offer/Scheme shall be subjected to all applicable central/or state laws, rules and regulations of India.
  • The Customer must fulfil the criteria’s relating to the Offers and must be eligible to avail the same.
  • You confirm and declare that your age is more than 18 years.
  • This Offer can be availed by Indian citizens only.
  • In case the Customer chooses to opt for the Offers, he/she shall contact the helpline number provided by each Company and shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions relating to the Offers.
  • Offers are subject to availability and subject to the Customer abiding by the Terms and Conditions connected with the same.
  • Participation in the Offers will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions connected with each Offer and Customer is advised not to participate in the Offers if such Terms & Conditions are not acceptable.
  • Participation in the Offers is voluntary and free. No money is charged by Tata Steel for participation in the Offers.
  • Tata Steel reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change the Terms and Condition and/or stop showing the Offers in its website at any time at its sole discretion.
  • The Offers shall be subjected to all applicable central/or state laws, rules and regulations of India.
  • Any query regarding the Offers will be entertained by the manufacturer/seller and till the Offer validity period only.
  • You will start receiving various Offers within 5 days from the date of your acceptance to these T&Cs.
  • In case of any disputes, the decision of Tata Steel Limited will be final and binding.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata. You agree to indemnify Tata Steel for all claims brought by a third party against it arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions by you.
  • These terms and conditions will be in addition to the terms and conditions attached with various products/services attached with the Offer.
